Job summary

Tanium is hiring a Senior Stock Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of RSU awards and keep cap table accuracy across the global equity program. You will partner with Payroll, Legal, HR/Benefits, and our stock plan platform provider to ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness.

This hands-on role requires experience running equity operations at scale, comfort with process ownership, and the use of AI tools to accelerate and improve accuracy in equity administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 3–4+ years of stock plan administration experience including RSU processing.
• Publicly traded company experience preferred for reporting accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation regulations and tax implications.
• Experience with stock plan platforms (Shareworks, Equity Edge Online).

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day global equity operations, including RSU vesting and releases, terminations, and grant cancellations.
• Maintain accurate grant and vesting data in the stock plan platform and reconcile against internal systems.
• Oversee cap table management and ensure data accuracy across platforms and HRIS.
• Assist with tax withholding and reporting for equity events with Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with equity regulations and internal governance requirements.
• Support financial reporting related to equity and disclosures for audits.
• Respond to employee questions about equity awards and vesting dates.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for Finance and Leadership.
• Support internal controls and audit requests related to equity administration.
• Assist with IPO readiness projects and equity data cleanup.
• Use AI tools to improve equity administration processes and document them.
