Job summary

Vialto seeks a Senior Associate to support global equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You’ll assist with design, implementation, and compliance of global share plans, coordinating with HR, Finance, Payroll and Tax across jurisdictions.

Work in a hub model with US/UK/Australia specialists and access in-country teams in 70+ jurisdictions. Join a global team, with hybrid work and periodic travel, to deliver complex cross-border projects and build expertise in equity and reward

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
• Experience supporting global share plan administration and compliance.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project deliverables and maintain high-quality standards under guidance from senior team members.
• Assist design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support equity administration and reporting.
• Help maintain documentation and assist with year-end reporting for equity programs.
• Prepare data and dashboards tracking participation and compliance.
• Undertake cross-border payroll tax withholding calculations and due diligence.
• Support payroll and employee education initiatives related to equity programs.
• Update tax matrices to ensure accurate compliance across jurisdictions.
