Zusammenfassung

ElevenLabs is seeking an Equity Administrator to own the day-to-day running of our global equity program, ensuring cap table accuracy and audit readiness. You will handle grants, vesting, exercises, and leavers while coordinating with Finance, Legal and People to translate decisions into precise records.

Ideal candidates will manage multi-jurisdictional equity and support US GAAP reporting. The role emphasizes automation and AI-driven improvements to processes and communications.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience administering equity in a cap table or stock plan platform (e.g., grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, settlements).
• Experience administering equity across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating with Tax and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules, and related tax-advantaged schemes (US ISOs, UK EMI/CSOP).
• Experience reconciling equity data with People, Talent, Payroll, and Accounting records.
• Understanding of stock-based compensation accounting for US GAAP and local reporting.
