Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Equity Administration role to support the end-to-end administration of global equity compensation programs, including LTIs, ESPP, vestings and awards. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll and external vendors to ensure compliance, timely processing and continuous automation improvements.

The position requires strong Excel skills, experience with Fidelity Stock Plan Services, and the ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in analytical/financial reporting/SOX audit in a public company.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on equity compensation administration experience.
• Experience using Fidelity Stock Plan Services and HR/payroll data integrations.
• Strong understanding of equity administration controls and cross-functional dependencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) and MS 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day equity compensation program activities and ESPP.
• Own equity event processing from preparation through completion.
• Validate data for awards, vestings, payroll and tax before processing.
• Coordinate with Legal for Form 4 filings and securities disclosures.
• Prepare reconciliations with Finance for period-end close and stock-based accounting.
• Develop process documentation and readiness materials for audits.
