GoGlobal is seeking a Global Product Owner for its Employer of Record service to own product strategy, profitability, and delivery excellence worldwide. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, you will guide regional product leaders and operations to scale the EOR offering across markets.

You will partner with Sales, Compliance, Legal and Risk to design pricing, service tiers, and proposals, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in EOR, global employment, payroll, or related services.
• 5+ years leading a global product or service line with end-to-end accountability.
• Experience leading senior teams across regions/cultures.
• Strong knowledge of global employment, payroll, labor law, and compliance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior EOR product authority for clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to support solution design, pricing, proposal development, and business expansion.
• Drive revenue growth, client retention, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
• Own global EOR product vision, roadmap, operating model, and service catalogue.
• Define service scope, delivery standards, SLAs, and client experience expectations.
• Identify market opportunities, regulatory trends, and innovation initiatives.
