Qualifications

• 2+ years leading customer support teams in fast-paced environments (SaaS/startup).
• Familiarity with EOR and global compliance operations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk and Tableau.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding SLAs with data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage: Build and guide a high-performing Global EOR/Payroll Support team, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met and exceeded.
• Be the SME: Develop deep expertise in EOR and Payroll services through customer support interactions and collaboration with Product/Engineering.
• Onboarding & Training: Design and lead onboarding and continuous learning programs to scale the team.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze team performance, identify bottlenecks, implement data-driven improvements.
• Empower the Team: Equip the team with tools, knowledge, and resources for product updates and releases.
• Process Innovation: Refine procedures and implement best practices in support.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Provide insights to cross-functional teams to improve product and reduce contact/resolution time.
• Stakeholder Communication: Update executives on team performance and project status.
