Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Employment product line—Global Payroll and Employer of Record. You will lead discovery with customers and operations, set the product direction, and scale a small team in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

You will report to the CEO, drive cross-functional execution with product, engineering, and GTM, and shape the operations platforms behind payroll and EOR. Equity compensation is included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product with payroll/EOR/HR tech products.
• Shipped and scaled payroll or employment product.
• Ready for your first domain leadership role or already leading a small area.
• Strong discovery instincts from customers and data.
• Hands-on with AI as a product surface and as a working tool.
• Thrives in a fast, low-process environment and makes calls.

Responsibilities

• Own one of RemotePass's core product lines end-to-end.
• Direct line to the CEO and shape the product org.
• Drive roadmap, discovery, and cross-functional execution across time zones.
• Hire and manage 2–3 PMs over time and plan resourcing.
• Oversee internal tooling and AI for payroll and EOR operations.
