Job summary

RemotePass is hiring an EOR Partnerships Specialist to own partner performance across our 160+ country network and report to the Global Payroll Manager. You will build strong relationships, run quarterly reviews, and drive improvements in service delivery.

This remote role focuses on SLAs, escalations, and commercial governance. You’ll collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Employee Experience, Customer Success, and Vendor Sourcing while helping scale the function and eventually

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in vendor or partner management, account management, or operations.
• A solid understanding of how EOR models and in-country partners operate.
• A track record of managing external partners against SLAs and driving measurable performance improvement.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, plus experience with project management tools.
• Highly organised, able to manage many partners and countries at once in a remote setup.
• Strong written and spoken English, and the ability to hold partners accountable while keeping the relationship intact.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of EOR partners and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Hold partners to SLAs and drive improvements with benchmarks.
• Own escalations end to end.
• Oversee contracts, pricing terms, and SLAs.
• Build the function by creating playbooks, trackers, and reporting for partnership management.
• Contribute to country guides and process documentation.
