RemotePass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the EOR product end to end, reporting to the CEO through the Product & Operations team. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, benefits, and offboarding, plus the internal tooling and AI agents that support it.

You will drive discovery with customers and internal teams, translate feedback into a clear product plan, and ensure alignment across time zones and stakeholder groups while moving toward a

• 5+ years in product, with hands-on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflow products.
