Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will partner with Sales leadership to craft technical opportunity plans aligned to customer requirements and commercial goals.

You will lead discovery across business objectives, data landscapes, architecture, security, and integrations, translating requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in senior customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles and Net New customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud, hybrid architectures, data, APIs, and security.
• Experience with Azure and enterprise data environments is desirable.
• Ability to translate architectures into business value and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.
• Partner with Account Executives to align technical strategies with commercial objectives.
• Lead technical discovery across objectives, data landscape, architecture, security, and integrations.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures across products and data sources.
• Lead architecture workshops, design sessions, and executive-level technical discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Solutions Specialists and other client-facing tech resources.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies in the sales process.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and complex evaluations.
