Job summary

ADP is hiring a Global Sales Manager, Major Markets to lead sales of our solutions to US Headquartered Major Accounts (1000-3000 employees) with a focus on HCM needs globally. You will manage a territory of named enterprise accounts and sell our full suite, including HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Tax and Finance, Pre-employment and Retirement services.

This role emphasizes strategic selling in the Geographical Northeast US, with international training travel and domestic territory

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling to top executives in major accounts.
• Preferred knowledge of MAS and/or NAS payroll products and services.
• Proven proficiency in account planning and multi-solution sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a proven results-based track record in a fast-paced, strategic selling environment.
• Create short and long-term business plans to attain and exceed quota.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Base location in the Geographical Northeast US (Northern New Jersey and north) with up to 30% travel.
