ADP is hiring a Global Sales Manager, Major Markets in the United States Northeast region. You will manage named Enterprise Accounts (1000-3000 employees) and sell our full HCM solutions including HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Tax and Finance, pre-employment services, and retirement services.

The role emphasizes a proven track record in major account sales, development of account plans, and achieving quotas within a fast-paced, strategic selling environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of results-based performance in selling to top executives.
• Experience selling to Enterprise Major Accounts.
• Ability to develop and execute account plans to achieve quotas.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a short- and long-term business plan to meet/exceed quota.
• Sell ADP solutions to Major Accounts addressing HCM needs.
• Maintain client relationships and develop strategic partnerships.
• Base in the Geographical Northeast of the United States, Northern New Jersey and north.
• Travel up to 30% for international training and domestic territory.
