Job summary

ADP is hiring a Global Sales Manager for Major Markets in the Northeast United States. You will sell our HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Tax & Finance and Retirement services to 1000–3000 employee headcount accounts.

You will lead strategic account plans, build executive relationships, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment while traveling up to 30% for training and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience selling to top-level executives in major accounts.
• Proven ability to develop and execute account plans.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of Enterprise Accounts and drive full suite ADP solutions.
• Create short and long-term business plans to meet quota and growth.
• Travel up to 30% for international and domestic training as needed.
• Build client-centric partnerships and expand wallet share in Northeast US.
• Deliver value through MAS/NAS payroll product knowledge and services.
