Job summary

ADP is seeking a Global Sales Manager for Major Markets to lead selling ADP Solutions to US Headquartered Major Accounts (1,000–3,000 employees) globally. You will manage a Northeast US enterprise territory and drive a full suite of HCM offerings including HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Tax and Finance, Pre-employment and Retirement services.

We value a proven track record in major account sales, quota attainment, and building client-centric partnerships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling to top executives in major accounts.
• Proven quota attainment in strategic selling.
• Experience with MAS/NAS payroll products preferred.
• Ability to develop account plans and sales strategies.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of named Enterprise Accounts in the Northeast US.
• Sell full ADP solutions (HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Tax & Finance, Pre-employment, Retirement).
• Create short- and long-term business plans to attain and exceed quotas.
• Travel up to 30% for training and client engagements.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and drive client-centric partnerships.
