Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect, AWS’s CCaaS offering. You will drive revenue and market penetration with enterprise customers, engaging with CxO level executives and coordinating with Solutions Architects, Partners, and AWS field teams.

The role requires a strong background in enterprise software and cloud services, with a track record of building strategic relationships and closing complex deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
