Job summary

Goodstack is hiring a Business Development Representative to push our AI-native platform for social impact into enterprise accounts. You will own outbound programs, refine ICPs, and collaborate with senior leadership to unlock new markets.

The role blends creative prospecting with rigorous process automation and data hygiene. You’ll work on mature products, shaping outreach strategies and tests while partnering with marketing and account executives.

Qualifications

• Track record of rapid progression in an SDR/BDR seat or equivalent.
• Comfort with modern GTM tooling and fluency with LLMs.
• Enterprise or multi-stakeholder selling exposure.
• Excellent written English; outreach quality matters.
• Willingness to learn quickly and apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound to enterprise businesses globally; 100+ prospects a month.
• Qualify and progress early-cycle prospects on what you source.
• Find leverage in tooling and automate repetitive tasks.
• Design and test outreach sequences with hypotheses and outcomes.
• Ensure HubSpot data quality and pipeline hygiene.
• Convert events and inbound follow-ups with marketing.
