Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a Global Account Director to own the largest, most complex strategic accounts in our portfolio. You will grow them across regions, subsidiaries, and business units, acting as the internal and external expert on their structure and long-term strategy.

This is a white-glove, remote-friendly role within the United States. You will run a global, multi-threaded account motion, coordinating with regional leaders to deliver a coherent experience while guiding organizations through

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience with multinational accounts.
• Proven ability to manage global or multi-region client relationships.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management across geographies.
• Experience selling to audit/advisory firms is a plus.
• Ability to drive long, multithreaded expansion cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own 1–3 global strategic accounts end-to-end.
• Build multi-year global account strategy across regions.
• Hit revenue targets tied to global expansion.
• Develop trust-based relationships with regional decision-makers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for a unified experience.
• Navigate complex global deals and procurement processes.
• Travel up to 30–40% including international trips.
