Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering and operations leadership in regulated environments.
• Global engineering leadership with capital portfolio and project governance.
• Experience with GMP, ISO 9001/13485 and Process Safety Management (PSM).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global engineering strategy across multiple sites.
• Own capital programs up to $150M and lead large expansions.
• Drive digital transformation, IT/OT integration, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Improve OEE and asset reliability through Lean and Six Sigma.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, supply chain, and QA.
