Job summary

Firetrace International is expanding its Global Energy & Emerging Markets team in the US. The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and convert opportunities across clean energy and adjacent high-growth markets.

You will cultivate strategic partnerships and drive revenue with OEMs, utilities, developers, EPCs, and distributors. The role requires consultative selling, strong relationship management, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, strategic sales, or related commercial roles in energy or industrial markets.
• Experience developing new customers, markets or partnerships and managing complex sales cycles.
• Ability to engage OEMs, utilities, EPCs, developers, distributors, or energy customers.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand revenue.
• Penetrate emerging markets and translate trends into commercial initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional resources from engagement to close.
