Datadog is seeking a Field Enablement Manager in NYC to drive onboarding and ongoing enablement for Sales and Customer Success teams across AMER. You will partner with global programs, adapt them to local needs, and build strong field relationships while traveling ~25% across the region.

The role is hybrid, centered in New York, with a focus on measurable behavior change and program adoption. You will design live and virtual sessions, certify program outcomes, and leverage AI to surface insights

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement or related GTM roles.
• Experience delivering live and virtual training to senior audiences.
• Ability to use performance data and field feedback to inform enablement decisions.
• Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, Command of the Message.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging live and virtual enablement sessions for global Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Administer program certifications and provide structured feedback.
• Conduct ongoing field listening to identify needs and inform programs.
• Lead reinforcement and coaching to drive post-program adoption.
• Partner with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to share insights.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and model effective AI use.
