Job summary

Datadog is seeking a skilled Enablement Curriculum professional to design and own learning experiences for the Global Commercial Customer Success team. You will craft instructor-led materials, eLearning, job aids and assessments, ensuring they align with adult learning principles and measurable outcomes.

You will shape learner journeys, translate performance expectations into observable behaviors, and partner with Program Management to address key business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales/Customer Success or related fields.
• Proven track record designing enablement content with measurable learner impact.
• Familiar with adult learning principles and ADDIE or similar methodology.
• Able to design intuitive learning materials across modalities: ILT, eLearning, simulations, job aids.
• Capable of managing multi-week content projects independently and delivering on short timeframes.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders in a GTM org.
• Comfort using learner data (completion, assessment, feedback) to improve programs.
• Understanding of sales processes and common sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build the curriculum for Global Commercial Customer Success with high-quality enablement content.
• Create learner journeys including onboarding, everboarding and on-demand components.
• Translate performance expectations into observable behaviors and proficiency standards.
• Turn business problems into learning design in collaboration with Program Management and Strategy & Operations.
• Own learning objectives and design assessments to measure outcomes.
• Develop durable behavior-change programs with practice, reinforcement and refresher paths.
• Collaborate with build partners and SMEs, and manage schedules to meet timelines.
• Partner with facilitators and operations to ensure successful rollouts of new content.
• Keep programs accurate, current and consistent after launch.
• Leverage AI for scripting, storyboards, assessment drafting and feedback analysis.
