Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist in Employee Relations & Transitions to independently manage all employee exits for international external employees, ensuring legal compliance and high-quality service. The role also provides first-level ER support and drives lifecycle improvements within a global, asynchronous team.

Reporting to the Manager Employee Lifecycle, you will navigate complex terminations, coordinate with payroll and legal, and contribute to automation and product

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner and exposure across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance across jurisdictions.
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with high service levels.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations guidance to clients and coordinate resources.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees for terminations and separations.
