Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to independently manage employee exits for external workers with a focus on legal compliance and high service quality. You will provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients through workplace concerns, coordinating resources as needed.

As part of the Lifecycle team, you will drive process improvements, align with Remote's strategic goals, and help optimize offboarding and employee relations

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
• Business-level English with strong communication and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on legal compliance and quality.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations guidance to clients and coordinate resources.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and separations, guiding outcomes.
