Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner within Transformation & Employment Practices to help ensure fair, compliant workplace standards across jurisdictions. You will advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and organizational change initiatives, partnering with Legal, HRBPs, and stakeholders.

You will support policy development, governance, workforce transformation, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and HR process improvements, while delivering training on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and employment compliance activities.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, maintain and interpret global and regional employment-related policies.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess impacts on policies and processes.
• Assist with reporting and audits (SOX, ISO, etc.).
• Support COI governance and documentation across Legal and Compliance.
