Job summary

• 5+ years in employee relations, HR, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regs, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, interpretation, and compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support policy development, interpretation, and compliance across global and regional operations.
• Monitor employment law changes and assess impact on policies and processes.
• Assist with state and federal reporting and audits as needed.
• Support employment practice reviews, risk assessments, and compliance audits (SOX, ISO).
• Draft and review employment-related agreements, notices, and communications.
