Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner within the Transformation & Employment Practices team. This role advises on employee relations and employment practices, guiding policy interpretation, compliance across jurisdictions, and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with Legal, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent standards and successful workforce transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Support development, review, and interpretation of employment policies and practices for global and regional needs.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess policy impact.
• Assist with state and federal reporting as needed.
• Support audits and compliance activities (SOX, ISO, etc.).
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure consistent employment standards across the organization.
• Draft, review, and implement employment-related agreements and notices.
