Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices to support a fair, compliant workplace across jurisdictions. You will advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and governance, collaborating with Legal, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams.

You will help develop employment-related agreements and communications, assist with due diligence for transformations, and contribute to process improvements within Employee Relations and Employment Practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or employment practices.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, employee relations, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and interpret global and regional employment policies; ensure legal compliance.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess impact on policies and practices.
• Assist with State and Federal reporting and compliance tasks.
• Support employment practice reviews, risk identification, and SOX/ISO audits as needed.
• Assist COI governance activities, including disclosures and approvals.
• Support background check adjudications with Talent Acquisition and stakeholders.
• Participate in workforce transformation initiatives and due diligence for M&A.
