Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner, Transformation & Employment Practices, to advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and workforce transformation across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with Legal, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to support governance, due diligence, and the development of employment-related agreements while driving continuous improvement in processes and training. 5+ years in ER or HR required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee relations, HR, employment practices, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting policy development, policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and employment compliance activities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience.
• Ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and interpret global and regional employment policies.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess impacts.
• Support reporting for state and federal agencies.
• Assist with compliance audits, including SOX and ISO.
• Support COI governance and disclosures.
• Assist with background checks and hiring standards.
• Participate in workforce transformation initiatives and due diligence.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements and notices.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business leaders on employee matters.
• Deliver training on policies and compliance.
