Job summary

DHL Fulfillment Network is seeking a Multi-Country Sales Manager (US-O) to identify and close opportunities with small to mid-sized eCommerce companies, driving DFN growth globally with a strong emphasis on in-country execution. You will lead transactional sales, support brand-building initiatives, and engage senior management at events.

The role requires a proven sales background in eCommerce, an entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales background, preferably in eCommerce.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative to grow the business.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong affinity and insights into the eCommerce market and business models.
• Understanding of developing markets and business trends.
• Experience in B2C/company or logistics provider is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates leads and closes deals with small to mid-sized eCommerce companies.
• Owns leads through opportunity stages and contract preparation in Salesforce.
• Builds cross-business-unit relationships (eCS/DHL Express) for lead exchange.
• Manages up to 20 live opportunities and advances them to won contracts.
• Partners with Sales Leader and represents DFN at events and conventions.
• Captures pricing data and commercial terms, and collects customer feedback.
• Manages multi-country opportunities in collaboration with DFN team.
• Works with marketing to improve digital campaigns.
• Establishes DHL Supply Chain and the DFN in the local eCommerce community.
• Visits DHL sites and engages with local sales teams to reinforce DFN standards.
• Acts as a local change manager to implement new working methods within DFN standards.
