DHL Supply Chain in Ohio is seeking a DFN Multi-Country Sales Manager to identify and close deals with SMEs, driving DFN growth globally. This role forms the backbone of transactional sales, partnering with senior management at events and coordinating with cross-border teams.

You will lead Salesforce-based lead generation, manage up to 20 live opportunities, and collaborate with marketing to enhance digital campaigns while establishing DHL DFN presence in the local eCommerce community.

Competenze

• 5+ years in sales in a consultative selling environment, preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative in growing the business.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong affinity and insights into the eCommerce market and business models.
• Experience with developing markets and business trends.

• Generates leads through digital and social selling using Salesforce to qualify inbound leads.
• Converts leads into opportunities and manages them until closing a sale.
• Builds relationships with DHL units to exchange leads across business lines.
• Manages up to 20 live opportunities in Salesforce and advances them toward closure.
• Represents DFN at events and with Sales Leaders; supports pricing and proposal terms.
• Captures customer data for pricing and proposals, and gathers feedback on commercial terms.
• Coordinates multi-country opportunities with DFN teammates.

• Establishes DHL Supply Chain and DFN presence in the local eCommerce community.
• Visits DHL sites and engages with the local sales community to drive adoption.
• Acts as local change manager to implement new DFN standards.
