Job summary

DHL is seeking a DFN Multi-Country Sales Manager in Westerville, Ohio to identify and close deals with small to mid-sized eCommerce companies. The role drives DFN growth across regions and supports brand-building initiatives at events.

The candidate will manage up to 20 live opportunities in Salesforce, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage in ongoing market development. Strong consultative selling and logistics knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales in a consultative selling environment, preferably in eCommerce.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative to grow the business.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong affinity and insights into the eCommerce market and business models.
• Understanding of developing markets and business trends.
• Knowledge of Fulfillment and Last Mile Operations.
• Experience in B2C or with a logistics provider; international experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through digital and social selling using Salesforce CRM.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and manage them to closing.
• Collaborate with eCS/DHL Express for cross-business unit lead exchanges.
• Manage up to 20 live opportunities in Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales Leader and represent DFN at events and conventions.
• Capture pricing and draft proposals as the commercial contact.
• Gather customer feedback on commercial terms and conditions.
• Coordinate multi-country sales opportunities with DFN team.
• Work with marketing to improve digital campaigns.
• Establish DHL Supply Chain and DFN in the local eCommerce community.
• Visit DHL sites and engage with the local sales community regularly.
