Job summary

DHL eCommerce is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive cross-border revenue by targeting existing and prospective XB customers. You will develop sales strategies using a solution-based approach and collaborate with Product, Commercial and Sales leadership to meet growth targets.

The role involves regional responsibilities in the Northeast and Southeast U.S., with remote-office options. A strong track record in sales, logistics experience, and excellent communication skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, marketing or professional sales or related work experience.
• 9 years related sales experience.
• Parcel, ecommerce, and logistics experience required.
• Experience with sales activity reporting software preferred.
• Proven track record in creating new revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head of International Sales to ensure XB sales goals are met/exceeded.
• Grow revenue through new customer acquisition and target opportunities.
• Develop and present cross-border solutions and conduct customer facility tours.
• Maintain records/reporting requirements and exceed performance standards.
• Grow revenue through increasing customer retention and strategic initiatives.
• Manage rate responses and communications for new/updated pricing.
