Job summary

Appian is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition operations leader to transform global TA infrastructure and drive standardized assessments across regions. You’ll partner with senior TA leadership to modernize systems, improve hiring quality, and scale processes for rapid growth.

You will direct SOPs, data governance, and recruiting tech modernization while leading a high-performing TA team to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 12+ years of progressive product or operations leadership in enterprise environments, with at least 5 years in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• At least 2 years designing, implementing, and optimizing structured assessment platforms.
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms such as Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Vendor management including audits, negotiations, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a structured assessment framework to standardize candidate evaluation and improve quality.
• Partner with Global Head of TA to deliver strategic initiatives with transparent communication.
• Drive TA operational excellence through SOP development, data audits and governance.
• Modernize recruiting tech stack, reporting, integrations, and recruiter efficiency.
• Manage and develop a high-performing TA operations team.
