Job summary

Appian is seeking a senior leader to transform its global talent acquisition infrastructure. You will standardize candidate evaluation, modernize processes, and scale systems across engineering, sales, and corporate functions.

You'll partner with the Global Head of TA to drive strategic initiatives, implement SOPs, perform data audits, and deliver measurable improvements in hiring quality while maintaining a candidate-centric experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 12+ years of progressive product or operations leadership, with 5+ in HR/TA.
• 2+ years designing structured assessment platforms.
• Design and scale tailored workflows across regions.
• Proven execution, ownership of outcomes.
• Experience coaching and developing talent.
• Hands-on capability with building workflow maps and data audits.
• Experience with TA vendor ecosystems and contract negotiations.
• Travel to HQ once a month.
• Experience with Greenhouse/SuccessFactors/Workday, and recruiting automation tools.

Responsibilities
