Appian is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to transform its global TA infrastructure. You will architect structured assessments, partner with senior TA leadership, and drive governance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 12+ years leading product or operations in enterprise settings, with 5+ years in HR/TA.
• 2+ years designing structured assessment platforms and candidate selection frameworks.
• Experience scaling workflows across international regions.
• Hands-on capability with ATS/CRM setups, data audits, and SOPs.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a structured assessment framework to standardize evaluation and improve quality.
• Partner with the Global Head of TA to deliver strategic initiatives with credibility and insight.
• Drive TA operational excellence through SOPs, data audits, and governance.
• Modernize recruiting tech stack, reporting, and system integrations for efficiency.
• Manage and develop a high-performing TA operations team.
