Lighthouse is seeking a senior leader to drive a global Solutions Engineering organization within Revenue Excellence. You will lead a team spanning AMER, EMEA and APAC, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-value, healthy-margin deals that maximize customer success.

You will define standard methodologies, guide discovery, and shape go-to-market strategy for complex products such as Benchmark Insight and BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership role in hospitality technology or SaaS.
• Experience leading a presales or solutions engineering team.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Solutions Engineering team across AMER, EMEA and APAC.
• Own the global RFP/RFI process from strategy to delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product and Engineering to close high-value deals.
