This role blends technical sales leadership with strategic execution and executive relationship management to translate customer priorities into revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing other managers.
• Extensive Solutions Engineering leadership experience in the Service Provider sector.
• Deep understanding of the Americas Service Provider market landscape.
• Technological fluency in wireline and wireless trends.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide a team of Solutions Engineering Managers and contributors
• Oversee technical sales management for Americas Service Provider accounts
