Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Sales Engineering to lead a global technical presales organization from the United States. You will guide enterprise-focused demonstrations, POCs, and architectural guidance across defense, intelligence, cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure sectors.

You will report to senior leadership, partner with regional sales, and translate field feedback into product and process improvements while ensuring consistent technical win rates and high-value deal execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a global Sales Engineering/technical presales team.
• Strong executive communication with CISOs and senior leaders.
• Ability to design and implement scalable technical presales processes.
• Proven track record in enterprise software sales support and complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Sales Engineers and presales professionals.
• Define standard demonstration and evaluation methodologies for defense, intelligence, security, and critical infrastructure.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to allocate resources and drive high-value opportunities.
• Establish POC criteria, milestones, and success metrics to improve win rates.
