Job summary

Metric Bio is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive global growth in digital pathology, identifying opportunities and building strategic partnerships across the US and beyond. This hands-on role requires building relationships with hospitals, labs and pathology networks, and a hunter mentality to develop partnerships that support the company’s growth strategy.

The position offers the potential to shape Metric Bio's global commercial strategy and partnership network as the business

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience across business development, strategic partnerships or sales.
2+ years of experience within digital pathology.
Experience across pathology software, AI or digital pathology solutions.
Proven track record of developing new business and strategic partnerships.
Experience building relationships with hospitals, labs, pathology networks and other healthcare organisations.
Strong understanding of the digital pathology ecosystem and commercial opportunities.
Experience developing global partnerships and channel opportunities is highly desirable.
