Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an Executive Director of Business Development to drive growth through digital pathology, AI-enabled diagnostics, and strategic lab partnerships. You will cultivate executive relationships across health systems and hospitals, and lead business development initiatives aligned with evolving pathology needs.

The role requires proven healthcare sales excellence, CRM proficiency, and strong communication at the C-suite level.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; 10+ years executive-level selling experience.
Master’s Degree preferred; 5+ years executive-level selling in healthcare/labs.
Proven healthcare sales experience; CRM proficiency; strong executive presence and communication.

Responsibilities

Drive growth and health system partnerships through digital pathology and AI-enabled diagnostics.
Build executive relationships across health systems, hospitals and pathology groups.
Create and execute strategic BD, sales, and market growth plans addressing health system needs.
Lead virtual and in-person engagements to accelerate decision-making and outcomes.
