The role focuses on market growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement across pathology modalities, leveraging insights to strengthen relationships and drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in marketing, preferably diagnostics or healthcare.
• Experience expanding existing customer relationships into new product lines.
• Experience owning a marketing budget and managing external research/vendors.
• Independent strategic thinker with proven execution at senior levels.
• Ability to partner with Sales leadership as a strategic peer.

Responsibilities

• Define segmentation and account intelligence for Pathology audience.
• Own budget for external research and vendor selection.
• Lead segment strategy across the buyer’s journey for retention and expansion.
• Create segment-specific marketing programs with cross-functional teams.
• Center programs on audience outcomes, not just the test.
• Prototype and test programs with rapid cycles for scaling or stopping.
