Bio-Rad is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development for the Clinical Diagnostics Group to lead inorganic growth initiatives globally. You will drive partnerships, assess external opportunities, and develop business cases aligned with CDG’s strategy.

You will negotiate term sheets, build financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diligence and strategic investments. Remote work is available across the U.S., with a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in product marketing, finance or a scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of work experience in business development in life sciences or clinical diagnostics.
• Entrepreneurial with a self-starter mentality.
• Ability to excel under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience presenting to senior management.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Leads partnership initiatives to drive strategic opportunities with large, complex global organizations.
• Research markets in diagnostics using competitive intelligence tools.
• Builds and maintains industry relationships; facilitates due diligence with cross-functional teams.
• Develops term sheets and leads contract negotiations with inputs from leaders.
• Provides PM support to ensure thorough diligence and valuation processes.
• Supports BD and Corporate Development with P&L, DCF, ROI analyses.
• Identifies and values inorganic opportunities aligned with CDG goals.
• Supports strategic R&D by identifying core competencies for pilots.
