NeoGenomics is seeking a Pathology Commercial Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of the pathology marketing strategy, drive market growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement across modalities. You will leverage market intelligence and data-driven tactics to strengthen relationships, expand market presence, and measure impact through disciplined execution and optimization.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and ~30% travel to support Oncology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in diagnostics or healthcare.
• Experience growing or expanding customer relationships into new product lines or service areas.
• Experience owning a marketing budget, including selecting and managing external research vendors.
• Track record of independent strategy development and execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales leadership as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

• Define segmentation and account intelligence for Pathology audience.
• Own vendor selection and budget for external research.
• Prioritize segment strategy across the buyer’s journey with retention focus.
• Lead the creation of segment-specific marketing programs with Creative, Digital, and external partners.
• Center programs on audience outcomes, not the test itself.
• Prototype and test programs quickly, scaling successful initiatives.
• Own day-to-day sales partnership for oncology and marketing interface with Oncology Sales leadership.
• Define KPIs and reallocate budgets based on performance.
