Labcorp is seeking an Executive Director of Business Development to lead growth with health systems and pathology collaborations. The role focuses on digital pathology, AI-enabled diagnostics, and innovative laboratory partnerships, building executive-level relationships to expand long-term health system collaborations.

The candidate will develop and execute market growth plans, leverage data analytics for forecasting, and operate effectively in a matrixed organization while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive-level selling experience.
• Healthcare sales experience.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through digital pathology, AI-enabled diagnostics, and innovative lab partnerships.
• Build executive relationships with health systems, hospitals, and pathology orgs.
• Develop and execute strategic business development and market growth plans.
• Identify and close complex partnership agreements while expanding long-term relationships.
• Forecast performance using data analytics and market insights.
• Lead virtual and in-person engagements to accelerate decisions.
