Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in medical devices, healthcare IT, commercial learning, sales training, digital education, enablement, or related customer-facing roles.
• Minimum 5 years of sales-related, technical sales, sales engineering, product education, implementation, or commercial enablement experience preferred.
• Experience in an education, training, instructional design, digital learning, or train-the-trainer role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-impact digital training assets, including e-learning modules, video-based learning, facilitator guides, and practice activities.
• Create digital content that is concise, engaging, technically accurate, globally scalable, localization-ready, and aligned to how commercial teams learn and apply skills.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, subject matter experts, product teams, and regional teams to build curricula for relevant commercial roles.
• Define measurement and lifecycle management for digital training content to ensure timely access and deployment.
• Apply adult learning and accessibility best practices to improve learner engagement and global deployment.
