Job summary

Intuitive in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Sr. Digital Learning Strategy Manager to design and scale digital-first commercial training that improves field readiness and supports growth across da Vinci, Ion, and hospital enterprise environments.

You will partner with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to translate product and procedure knowledge into scalable curricula, run train-the-trainer programs, and measure impact with analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in medical devices, healthcare IT, commercial learning, sales training, or related roles.
• Minimum 5 years of sales-related, technical sales, sales engineering, product education, implementation, or commercial enablement experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering background preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
• Strong digital content creation and global facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into scalable learning experiences for commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-impact digital training assets for global audiences.
• Lead the design and delivery of train-the-trainer programs across virtual, hybrid, and digital-first formats.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and regional teams to align curricula with commercial priorities.
• Measure learning impact using analytics and feedback to improve readiness and business outcomes.
• Ensure content is localization-ready, scalable, and compliant with accessibility standards.
