Job summary

You will partner with leaders and People teams to design experiences that enable growth, manage programs across time zones, and continuously improve outcomes with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• Demonstrated people management experience, with 4+ years leading or coaching teams or managing external partners.
• Proven experience building and scaling learning programs in a growing or global organization.
• Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled learning tools or digital platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-region or global teams.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure learning outcomes and impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable learning programs for employees and leaders, including onboarding, core skills, leadership development, and career growth.
• Translate business priorities into practical learning solutions that drive performance and engagement.
• Build structured learning pathways aligned to roles and future skill needs.
• Leverage AI-powered learning tools, platforms, and content to personalize learning experiences.
• Curate and create modern learning content, including microlearning and blended formats.
• Develop learning programs that support a distributed, global workforce and ensure inclusivity.
• Define success metrics and measure learning effectiveness and impact.
