Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant medical devices, healthcare learning, or commercial enablement experience.
• Experience in digital learning strategy, content creation, and global facilitation.
• Ability to translate clinical and product concepts into scalable training for commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high-impact digital training assets for global teams.
• Create train-the-trainer programs and scalable enablement assets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Services, and Engineering to align learning with business goals.
