Qualifications

• 8+ years in medical devices, healthcare IT, or related training roles.
• Experience translating clinical/technical concepts into digital learning.
• Proven ability to lead global enablement across regions and functions.
• Strong digital content creation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities
