Johnson Health Tech North America Inc. is seeking a Global Product Training Strategist to shape how our commercial and retail teams learn about products, competitive position, and evolving solutions.

This hands-on role blends instructional design, business writing, event planning, learning-system administration, and continuous improvement. It offers ownership to propose new ideas and move improvements from concept through implementation across brands and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of corporate learning and development or product training experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for global audiences.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale in-person and virtual trainings.
• Experience administering a learning management system and hosting webinars.
• Experience coordinating translation or localization projects.

Responsibilities

• Create Global Brand and Product Content with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Design product courses, microlearning, video scripts, and job aids.
• Translate complex information into globally clear content.
• Research and maintain competitive comparisons and objections responses.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual training events worldwide.
• Administer LMS, monitor data, and produce reporting.
• Coordinate translation/localization for global markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning content and delivery.
